REGIME GERAL DE PREVENÇÃO DA CORRUPÇÃO

Já entrou plenamente em vigor a Lei que estabelece o Regime Geral da Prevenção da Corrupção (RGPC). Com isto, as empresas portuguesas estão obrigadas a adotar específicos mecanismos, procedimentos e programas de compliance anticorrupção, cujo incumprimento acarreta pesadas coimas.

Neste quadro, o nosso objetivo é apresentar uma visão abrangente deste Regime, destacando as obrigações mais relevantes, ou seja:

• A elaboração, implementação e publicitação de um Plano de Prevenção de Riscos de Corrupção e Infrações Conexas (PRR);
• O estabelecimento de um Código de Conduta;
• A Criação de um Canal de Denúncias;
• O estabelecimento de um Programa de Formação Interna na matéria anticorrupção;
• A criação e implementação de um sistema de Controlo Interno.

Pretendemos, assim, que a presenta ação possa servir como base de trabalho e veículo de entendimento do que o Estado passou a exigir das empresas.

INSCRIÇÃO

Todos os instrumentos e procedimentos estão definidos na Lei e, como já se antevê, revestem-se de considerável complexidade, além da multiplicidade e diversidade de obrigações impostas. Acresce que o RGPC é contemporâneo do regime fixado para a proteção de denunciantes de atos de corrupção e conexos, conhecido como Whistleblowing.

Tudo isto representa um enorme repto imposto e níveis de exigência ampliados para a generalidade das empresas.

Para que a implementação do RGPC corresponda ao legalmente imposto, seja robusta e eficaz e até possa servir de diferenciadora em termos de credibilidade e capacidade concorrencial das empresas, será necessário conhecimento e trabalho com rigor.

A participação é GRATUITA, mas sujeita a inscrição obrigatória. Vagas limitadas (máximo 24 inscrições).

​Ricardo Martins is the general manager of Bison Digital Assets, a subsidiary of Bison Bank, the first bank backed Virtual Assets Service Provider in Portugal. He is leading the Bison Digital mission to become the Perfect Bridge between cash equivalents and digital assets, a gateway to the real world, developed through banking governance operation standards.

Prof. Oscar Puentes Executive coach, OD consultant and start-up mentor. He facilitates organizational change in complex environments. In 2021, he founded Internations Madrid New Digital Economy group, which brings together expats to exchange ideas and learn about the world of blockchain and crypto. Oscar works as a CXO and leadership coach at MIT and is the CEO of Eurocoaching, a company that works with tech companies to increase their value through people development.

UAlg lança a 8ª edição do Concurso «Ideias em Caixa»

A Universidade do Algarve, através da Divisão de Empreendedorismo e Transferência de Tecnologia (CRIA), em parceria com a Associação Empresarial da Região do Algarve (NERA), a Associação Nacional de Jovens Empresários (ANJE), AMAL – Comunidade Intermunicipal do Algarve, Algarve Evolution, e com a Algarve Systems and Technology Partnership Association (Algarve STP), organiza a 8ª edição do Concurso «Ideias Em Caixa».  

Regulamento, Inscrições e informações

Este concurso tem como principal missão promover o empreendedorismo e a iniciativa empresarial, através da criação de novas empresas nos diferentes domínios de especialização dos setores do turismo, economia do mar, recursos endógenos terrestres, indústrias culturais e criativas (ICC), saúde, bem-estar e longevidade, sustentabilidade ambiental, tecnologias de informação, comunicação e eletrónica (TICE), entre outras de manifesto interesse. Neste sentido, pretende-se alcançar os seguintes objetivos:

a)       estimular e apoiar a criação de novas empresas e startups inovadoras;

b)      fomentar a aplicação empresarial do conhecimento produzido na Universidade do Algarve pelos alunos, investigadores e professores;

c)       estimular e apoiar a criação de spinoffs a partir dos resultados de investigação da Universidade do Algarve;

d)      promover o empreendedorismo qualificado e a inovação na região do Algarve;

e)      contribuir para a criação e aumento do emprego qualificado;

f)        contribuir para o aumento das exportações e para a diversificação da base produtiva da economia regional;

g)       contribuir para o desenvolvimento económico e social da região e do país.

O «Ideias em Caixa» destina-se a pessoas com mais de 18 anos (individualmente ou em grupo), e a empresas e organizações constituídas há menos de 3 anos, que pretendam desenvolver ideias de negócio inovadoras que não estejam em fase de exploração comercial.

As 40 melhores ideias de negócio terão acesso a Ações de Maturação e Aceleração, enquanto as 20 melhores, a um Programa de Coaching Empresarial, entre outros prémios de apoio à criação da empresa. A primeira melhor ideia classificada em cada categoria a concurso: I&DT, Turismo, Mar, Saúde e Bem-Estar, Recursos Endógenos, ICC, TICE e Sustentabilidade, receberá um prémio monetário de 5.000€. Perfazendo um total de 40.000€ a entregar em valor monetário.

A fase de candidaturas é até 2 de maio 2025, através do preenchimento do formulário de candidatura disponível em www.cria.pt.

Pedro Esteves is a teacher specializing in entrepreneurship, business prototyping, and Generative AI, with a Master’s in SME Management from the University of Algarve. His expertise includes creating sentiment analysis tools for restaurant reviews using Large Language Models (LLMs) and leveraging No/Low Code and Generative AI for agile business validation.
Pedro also founded Paddle Rental Algarve, a streamlined SUP rental service in Portimão, and "Inteligência Artificial Hoje" a portal linking people and companies to AI advancements.
