The event will present the AI4YouthWork (AI4YW) project, an initiative designed to bridge the gap between the tech community and the youth work sector by fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange. 

 

Through interactive co-creation activities and networking, participants will explore the benefits and challenges of AI adoption, discuss ethical considerations, and share insights on how to tackle the digital divide and promote trustworthy AI integration in youth and education programs.

Originally from the UK, Richard York is a freelance consultant now based in Tavira, Portugal. He has spent his career specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), helping businesses improve performance, make informed decisions, and achieve their strategic goals.
With over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, including a decade in Switzerland heading up FP&A for the European division of a global freight forwarder, he has a deep understanding of financial strategy and business performance.
