Integration Analyst

We are looking for a Connectivity Partner Analyst for our department.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond directly to the Connectivity Partner Manager;
• Responsible for managing the partner integration project in the Development Support and Technical Certification phases;
• Provide technical support for integration projects for the various Omnibees APIs;
• Carrying out Scenario Tests and Technical Certification of Partners in the Certification environment;
• Identify problems effectively, escalating to other teams when necessary;
• Participation in meetings with certification partners to clarify doubts;
• Analysis of logs from a technical perspective, reporting the point of failure to the development team or to the partner that is carrying out the development, when necessary;
• Assisting teammates in their day-to-day activities;
• Update of technical documentation for APIs;
• Technical support in meetings with other departments and team training;
• Support for testing new functionalities in the certification environment;
• Carrying out internal tasks to organize and improve team flows;
• Participation and support in meetings with partners;
• Execution of scripts in the certification environment;
• Updating data in Omnibees CRM;
